Calling all Food Vendors
Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo! Below you will find information about our organization and the Food Vendor Application.
The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is a volunteer organization that emphasizes agriculture and education to develop the youth of Texas. Food vendors are a part of the giving because a portion of the proceeds from concession fees goes towards this amount.
Aramark serves as our 3rd party concessionaire and manages all food vendors. Aramark is a leader in the food service industry that serves champion sports teams, leading educational institutions, and cultural attractions in 19 countries around the world.
If you would like to further support our mission and join us February 7-24, 2019, please fill out the Food Vendor Application below. Submit your application to Nick York at York-Nick@aramark.com
- Vendors are selected based on menu, presentation, power requirements of their booth, and space availability
- Applications, with supporting documentation, must be submitted no later than October 31, 2018
- All selected vendors will be notified by email on or before December 14, 2018
- Please note, this application does not guarantee commercial space
