Pop-Up Vendor Application


Thank you for your interest in being a pop-up vendor at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, February 11-28, 2021. Prior to completing the below information, please review the 2021 Pop-Up Vendor Application Information.

The San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc (SALE), d/b/a San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is an “Invitational Show”. New vendors are reviewed and selected based upon space availability, product, and booth display.





All companies selling products in the state of Texas are required to have a Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit. To obtain this permit, contact the State Comptroller's office at 1-800-252-5555 or visit: https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/sales/.

Basic Information

Name as it would appear in a vendor directory.

Please provide the name of the individual who will be conducting and handling all business operations prior to the start of the show.


If different from above, please provide the name of the individual who will be conducting and handling all on-site operations throughout the show.

Retail Booth Space


Booth spaces are 10'x20' with a maximum height of 9'. All Pop-Up Booths will be located underneath the Food Court Pavilion tent. This area is not climate controlled and may be exposed to weather elements such as wind, rain, etc.

Please provide the exact dimensions of your mobile unit.

PRODUCT

Please use this space to provide a complete detailed description of products and brands represented. Please list the brand name of the product that you are requesting to sell and the percentage of the booth that this product will be displayed in. This information will be directly tied to your License Agreement and must be approved.

Note: Once your License Agreement is issued, you may not display or sell any items which are not approved. Violations could result in immediate termination of your License Agreement and forfeiture of your rental fee.





Fees and Services

A mandatory fee of $100.00 per vendor will be applied to your total for electrical/cleaning (no exceptions). (2) 120V Outlets will be provided per vendor. Please specify if you have any special requests for power below- additional fees may apply.


Insurance


Insurance fee for basic liability coverage is included with booth rental.

I have read the 2021 Pop-Up Vendor Application Information which includes Booth Guidelines, Product Guidelines, and Cancellation Policy. By clicking below, I understand that this application does not guarantee a booth space and that the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo reserves the sole right to select vendors that they deem appropriate for the vendor mix on an annual basis.
